Absenter.org is a photography+music journal. A soundless prior version can be found here. All photos are taken by Naz Hamid, principal of a San Francisco and Chicago-based design studio called Weightshift. Cameras used are a Nikon D70 and Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3.

The site is an experiment in using a browser's full window — to see more of the photo or to scale it, resize your browser window. The control is in your hands, or mouse, stylus or trackball, as it were.
